2. Data collected
BoldTrip Rush collects minimal data:
- Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Cloudflare logs)
- Affiliate clicks: when you click a booking link, we record an anonymous click identifier (no personal data) for conversion tracking
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone) unless you contact us directly.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Site operation: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f)
- Affiliate click tracking: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f)
- Security and performance: legitimate interest (Cloudflare)
4. Cookies
BoldTrip Rush uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (Cloudflare). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under EU ePrivacy regulations.
5. Third-party services
- Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, DDoS protection (privacy policy)
- Manawa, GetYourGuide: redirection to partner sites for bookings. Their own privacy policies apply.
6. Data retention
Navigation logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Affiliate click data is retained for 12 months for accounting purposes.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
